Analysis of Advertising Tracking
Use of Google Analytics
We utilize the web analytics service Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google") on our website.
The purpose of this data processing is to analyze our website and its visitors, as well as for marketing and advertising purposes. Google will use the information collected on behalf of the website operator to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activity and provide other related services. This information may include IP address, date, time of page views, click paths, browser, device information, visited pages, referrer URL, location data and purchase activities. The IP address transmitted by your browser through Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Google Analytics employs technologies such as cookies, web storage and tracking pixels to analyze website usage. The generated information about your website usage is usually transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. Google is not certified under the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF), but data transmissions are conducted based on standard contractual clauses as suitable safeguards for data protection. You can review these clauses at: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks and https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/. Both Google and US government agencies have access to your data. Google may combine your data with other information, such as your search history, personal accounts, usage data from other devices and any other data they possess about you.
IP anonymization is activated on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, except in exceptional cases when the full IP address is sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
The processing of your personal data is based on Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f of the GDPR, which is our legitimate interest in designing the website according to user needs. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
To prevent the data generated by Google Analytics, including your IP address, from being sent to and processed by Google, you can download and install the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
To prevent data collection and storage by Google Analytics across devices, you can set an opt-out cookie. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website. To have the full effect, you must opt-out on all systems and devices used. If you delete the opt-out cookie, requests will be sent to Google again. Clicking here will set the opt-out cookie: Disable Google Analytics.

We use the online advertising program “Google Ads” on our website and, in this context, conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google). If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking will be stored on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. There is therefore no possibility that cookies can be tracked via the websites of Ads customers.
The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. Here we find out the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
Your data may be transmitted to Google LLC servers in the USA. The EU Commission has an adequacy decision for the USA, the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF). Google has certified itself according to the TADPF and is therefore obliged to comply with European data protection principles.
The use of cookies or comparable technologies takes place with your consent on the basis of Section 25 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 TTDSG in conjunction with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR. The processing of your personal data takes place with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on your consent before its revocation. Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at : https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

The function displays videos, which are stored on YouTube, in an iFrame on the website. The “Extended data protection mode” option is activated. This means that YouTube does not store any information about website visitors. Only when you watch a video is information about it transmitted to YouTube and stored there.
