To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Reasons for Exclusion or Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer's individual selection or specification is decisive, or that are clearly personalized to the consumer's specific needs;
- Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
- Contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but which cannot be delivered until after 30 days and whose value is subject to market fluctuations beyond the control of the seller;
- Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
